Hansen Yuan, MD
Doctor Hansen A. Yuan is a Professor of Orthopaedic and Neurological Surgery at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University. He holds hospital appointments at SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. Yuan holds membership in many professional societies a few of which include: the American Medical Association, Orthopaedic Research Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Research Society, Scoliosis Research Society, American College of Surgeons, International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine, Past President of The North American Spine Society, and The International Society for the Advancement of Spinal Surgery.
Dr. Yuan has authored over 100 articles and many abstracts published in peer-reviewed journals. He has been a contributing author of 16 chapters to medical books.
John Fichthorn
John Fichthorn brings 25 years of investment analysis and fund management experience. John co-founded Dialectic Capital Management in 2003 and sold its funds to B. Riley Financial in 2017, where he then served as Head of Alternatives. He has a fundamental value approach across multiple strategies, liquid and private, with expertise in corporate governance from serving on multiple public and private boards.
Aravind Menon
Aravind “Andy” Menon is an attorney in Nasdaq, Inc’s Office of General Counsel. In this role he advises a panel of industry experts as they consider appeals by companies subject to delisting from the Exchange. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Andy worked at the CFTC’s Division of Market Oversight as well as served as Counsel to Commissioner O’Malia,
